Installation Guidelines

Placement of Groove Portion

Ensure that the groove portion of the sheet is positioned on the inner side. This allows the air gap on the left to prevent water from seeping upward during rainfall.

Avoid placing the groove portion on the outer side, as this may lead to improper contact between sheets and increase the risk of water leakage.

Fastener and Installation Best Practices

Avoid direct contact with cement or concrete surfaces.

The lime content in cement can accelerate corrosion and reduce the sheet's lifespan.

Keep metal shavings and debris off the sheets.

Remove any particles from cutting, drilling, or sawing during installation.

Do not install sheets during rain.

Wet sheets become slippery and may get damaged during handling or placement.

Check footwear before walking on sheets.

Ensure shoes are free from stones, metal particles, or other abrasive materials.

Maintain cleanliness throughout installation.

Prevent dirt or construction debris from collecting on the sheets.

Remove guard film only post installation.

The protective film shields the sheet surface from scratches and dust during handling and fitting. Removing it post-installation ensures a clean, damage-free finish.
